Venturing into a quest of sobriety (mostly, but in strict moderation), and discovering who I am with a clear head. I'm a little bloated post T-day but am excited to keep improving and feeling better in myself.
I put on almost 30lbs during lockdown and recently lost most of it, but I still feel as big as before. I’ve struggled with having a healthy approach to my weight since I was little, and I’m trying to not slide back into bad habits
[M] 22, 190lbs, 6'3 Feeling down the past few days. Had a fight w/ the gf, did poorly on a test, and work sucks. Hope everyone had a good first half to their week 💕
