Iβve always wondered why no matter what diet or exercise I tried my lower belly has always remained fleshy. I guess itβs just the way Iβm made. 24-(f)
M24 6ft 160lbs starting to lose the tan which means break time is over and time to start working out again. Hope to look back on this pic in a few months with good progress!
