[M] 31, 283lbs, 6’2” - I feel pretty good about myself, being that I lost 4 lbs this week. That said, I’m still self-conscious about my belly rolls and my downstairs.
[23F, 46kg, 150cm]. I always hate my tummy. Is it normal to have THICK fat under your skin? I can't seem to get rid of it no matter how hard I exercise/diet.
