32 years old, 5β4β, 132lbs. Iβve never been comfortable with my body (especially when sitting down) because it wasnβt good enough for past relationships. Screw them because Iβm slowly beginning to love my body.
5'4" 125 lbs. Been going to a gym regularly for 6 months and primarily doing resistance training. Still keeping at it, but not sure I'm noticing any progress yet.
