[29/5'2/120lbs] Gained 10 lbs over quarantine and am starting up my fitness journey again. Looking forward to feeling more comfortable in my body. Things are moving slow and that's okay.
(F19 230lbs 5'10) Down another 5 pounds, its really weird sometimes I see my body changing, and other days I feel like I don't look any different from 45lbs ago.
It’s hard not to compare yourself to all these people with “perfect” bodies you see here on Reddit sometimes, but comparison is the thief of joy at the end of the day. Be happy with what you got!
