[29/5'2/120lbs] Gained 10 lbs over quarantine and am starting up my fitness journey again. Looking forward to feeling more comfortable in my body. Things are moving slow and that's okay.
I think the most rewarding thing about posting here is when another woman message me with saying they have the same body type and I’ve helped them feel better in their own skin
Honest feedback appreciated. I worked hard to lose 90lbs., but I’m self-conscious about some loose skin on my tummy. I won’t take my shirt off in public. Thoughts? Age 55, 155lbs, 5’8” tall.
