F/ 5’4”/152 - Just got myself a personal trainer. I started 3 weeks ago, 2 days a week. I did weigh myself today and lost 8 lbs, which is great but how long did it take to see the results? Some words of advice would be great!
Long night so not my usual accomplishment in the gym.. but I’m ok with that (just for today) hip bridges and flute squeezes with 30min strength training gave me a boost
