[26, 250lbs, 5'11] Have been losing weight and feeling more confident every day since I started dieting about 2 months ago. Down 30lbs from 280lbs! Next is when I can afford a gym membership but I already walk my dog twice a day. Feels like there's not
35, 178lbs, 5'6". Belly fat is hidden bc I'm laying down but trust me it is there. I miss my military body but am also happy with as many injuries I have I can maintain my current weight. 155lbs is my goal. Love how excepting as caring this group is.
