28F 130 lbs 5'6". Been strength training officially for a year this month and gained some weight in the process, used to be 15 lbs lighter so I'm still getting used to the new me
M [27, 190lbs, 5’9”] been doing a lot more exercise lately and feeling better than I have since high school. I have a long way to go yet but feeling better about my body every day! Currently cooling down post-workout
[M] 18 120lbs 5’8” | It’s been warming up outside so my friends have been wanting to go skinny dipping often which is making me a bit more comfortable being naked around people , still a little insecure tho 😅
