[F, 27, 180, 5’ 4”] I’m struggling today to love my mom body since I haven’t been taking care of it like I should. Maybe after the weekend I’ll get back on track.
20F 5'3" 140lbs I've been trying to get fit but my breasts sag even more if I lose weight and I'm already insecure about them. Should I consider a reduction surgery? Any fitness advice is much appreciated.
