M 19 - 6'1 154lbs~ Not comfortable in my body at all. Too lanky, too hairy and my nipples are too small. But you guys seem supportive so I thought why not send a pic.
20F 5'2" 140lbs Feeling a bit insecure. I wanna start weight training with body weight exercises. Which exercises would you suggest and how many reps/sets should I start with? I'd like to have some definition in my arms, abs, perk up my breasts(?) and

(29, 5’10, 180) Dad bods might be in but I found lifting weights to be relaxing and I like seeing the progress. Can’t wait to see where it keeps taking me.
