M [27, 190lbs, 5’9”] been doing a lot more exercise lately and feeling better than I have since high school. I have a long way to go yet but feeling better about my body every day! Currently cooling down post-workout
31 F 5’0” 137 lbs | Super proud of losing 50 lbs since Feb 2021. I’m working on the belly fat. I can’t get over how much I hate my deflated boobs. Any other ladies relate/have tips? I haven’t had any kids yet.
6'3" and 200lbs, growing up leaner (175 or under) my dysmorphia makes me think I'm overweight but ocassionly I take some selfish like this that make me feel confident again! (promise I'm not erect, I was fresh out of the shower)
