25F/5’1/129lbs Today has been hard. I’ve been small for most of my life but I have been gaining a lot of weight recently. I’ve been looking in the mirror and fighting tears, but I don’t have the strength to do anything about it. I want to love my
49, 170 pounds, 5’9”. Lost 65 pounds so far thanks to working out after work and also diet. Very proud of where I am at now and where I am still going.
28F 130 lbs 5'6". Been strength training officially for a year this month and gained some weight in the process, used to be 15 lbs lighter so I'm still getting used to the new me
