20F 5'2" 140lbs Feeling a bit insecure. I wanna start weight training with body weight exercises. Which exercises would you suggest and how many reps/sets should I start with? I'd like to have some definition in my arms, abs, perk up my breasts(?) and
31-158-5’7. I know a lot of people shave/trim and that’s fine.. totally up to them. That’s never been me. 100% natural here. What do you think of my body?
