Pumping and clamping with compression jelqs after my 2 (or so) week break that I did to see where my permanent gains were after a couple months of this new routine. .2-.3 inches in girth permanently gained in a couple months!
Started back to pumping 20 minutes a day, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. I use to measure at 5.5 inches and now I'm between 6.5 and 7 inches. Any advice on how to grow more?
