M/late 20’s/5’6/187lbs- it’s been awhile since o posted. I have lost some weight because I am not eating as much as I have been. I could be eating healthier, but this is a start. What I really need to focus on is working out. Any suggestions for a
19 months of only working out at home, now into my 40s, and still very much a grower. This community has always been so kind and empowering to so many people. 👍
