I purposely lost all my points and now have 0. But it still shows up as 740 for some reason, its stuck at that number. Anyone had this before? It might be because I used Xtra for mobile, but im not sure.
What is happening here? These are new/default accounts that followed and subbed to me during a period I wasn't streaming. I am not big enough for random people to be subbing to me. Is there a new bot thing?
Unable to “Continue Sub” - any help appreciated. Still able to gift a sub, but can’t add on to my subscription. Twitch support is… lacking. Didn’t find anything in search bar. Any ideas?
I have tried every fix I can find but Twitch still insists that I don't have a YouTube channel despite it working just 2 weeks ago. I tried connecting my account on my phone and on desktop as well as enabling popups. Please help!
The notification we SHOULD get when we get drops enabled for our channels. Personally i don't get any on twitch or by email, I find out eventually through my viewers every time.
Just a heads up, Twitch put the Followers Only Chat to 10 mins in my chat without me knowing and I lost followers for this. I know it was put on for the bot spams but be sure to check yours if you don’t want that on
